Before you book

Do people come to your house to do your nails?: Yes. KuQueen is home service only: a nail technician travels to your house with her own kit, sets up, works, and packs everything away again. There is no shop to visit. The team covers Pampanga, Bulacan, Bataan, Tarlac and Olongapo, seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
What is it called when a nail tech comes to your house?: Home service, or mobile nail service. In the Philippines most people search for it as "home service manicure pedicure". It means the technician brings the tools, the polish and the setup to you instead of you traveling to a salon.
Can I get salon nails at home?: Yes, including the work that usually needs a salon chair: gel polish cured under UV or LED, acrylic and polygel full sets, soft gel extensions, hand-painted nail art and safe soak-off removal. A full set takes 90 to 120 minutes.
How far in advance should I book?: One to two days ahead is enough for your preferred slot. For a broken nail or lifted gel before an event, there is an emergency fix appointment: put the event date in the booking form.
Is it hygienic to have nails done at home?: Every appointment includes sterilized tools using hospital-grade disinfectants, single-use items such as files, buffers and cottons where needed, protective gear for the technician, and cleaning of your nail area before and after. You can also ask for a prep guide so your own setup is ready.
How do I pay?: Cash on service, GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or an online payment link sent with your booking confirmation. Receipts and digital invoices are available on request.
